TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once a booking request has been recieved we will check if drone photography at the address is possible in principle, and then reply to confirm a date and time for the photoshoot taking expected weather conditions into account.

All bookings may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including weather and temporary aviation restrictions. We will endeavour to contact you (and the vendor) in the event of any changes to timings. Where a shoot has to be postponed, we will contact you (and the vendor) to rearrange for the next practicable date. A full refund will be offered in instances where it is not possible for the shoot to go ahead in any form.

Once booked, if you wish to cancel then a fee of 25% will apply, increasing to 50% for any shoot cancelled during the 48 hours preceeding the booked time. A full fee will apply if we attend the property and/or complete the shoot but the images are no longer required.

By placing a booking you confirm that you have the permission of the property owner for the property to be photographed.

Prices include travel costs within our core operating areas of Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. For bookings outside these areas, excess mileage (from the edge of the core operating area) may be added at a rate of 45p/mile. We will discuss this with you at the time of booking.

Prices include one round of minor revisions, e.g. alterations to colour or framing. Additional rounds of revisions may be chargeable at a rate of £50p/h.

We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that property boundaries shown on our images are correct, but we hold no liability for any mistakes, errors or omissions.

Images are licensed for use by the purchaser for any form of marketing of the specific property detailed in the booking form for a period of one year. The license may only be transferred or extended on request and a fee may be required for this. Copyright remains with the photographer and Watling Media Ltd, although a buyout may be arranged on request for an additional fee. Any images we take may be used by Watling Media Ltd for promoting our services.

Processed photographs will be available for download via Google Drive or WeTransfer on the next working day after the shoot. They will remain available for download at the same link for 30 days. After this time they will remain in our archive for seven years and an additional fee may be charged for their retrieval.

Payment may be made by bank transfer on receipt of invoice or by credit/debit card on receipt of images. For any invoices which remain unpaid after the agreed date of payment, interest will be charged at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment Of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 from the due date until the date payment is made and steps may be taken to recover the money including initiation of legal action.
